Each post gets a caption under 60 words and 5 hashtags, including #CardiffNails and #CardiffBrows.

Your first 10 minutes

1. Generate the plan

   Paste the prompt into a free AI chat (e.g. ChatGPT) and fill in the [brackets].

   You should see 5 posts with captions and hashtags.

2. Check every date, price and offer

   Make sure each matches what you're actually offering, and remove anything the AI made up.

3. Get Canva

   Install the app or go to canva.com and sign up free.

   You should see the home screen with design search.

4. Pick a template

   Search for "Instagram post" and choose one that fits your style.

5. Make the first post

   Swap in your photo, and paste the caption text.

   You should see a finished post in the editor.

6. Download or share

   Use the share or download option to save it to your phone, then post it from Instagram or Facebook.

7. Repeat for the week

   Duplicate the design for the other posts so they look consistent.

What you'll get / limits
